Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product received is defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at Info@lussozahra.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a pickup for the defective item at no additional cost. Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.
Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
You may exchange the item for any other product available on our website.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
We will arrange both pickup and delivery — there’s no need to print shipping labels or visit a courier service.
The new item will be shipped once the original product is picked up and meets the exchange criteria after inspection.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately at Info@lussozahra.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will take prompt action to resolve the issue.
